Order Receiving & Inspection Process:

Step 1: Upon receiving the package, customers are kindly requested to check the order details carefully, including:

• Product(s) ordered

Step 2: After verifying that the products match the order and are in good condition while still on the delivery vehicle, customers may proceed to make payment to the delivery personnel.

In case of the following issues:

• Missing or extra items

• Incorrect products delivered

• Visible damage to the product or packaging
