Shipping Policy

DELIVERY REGULATIONS

Once an order is received and the payment method is confirmed, Pro-Pet VN will proceed to pack the goods and hand them over to the shipping carrier within 48 hours from the successful order confirmation.

Each shipment will include:

• A detailed packing list

• An invoice showing the exact prices of the items ordered

• The final total amount payable by the customer

The shipping carrier is responsible for:

• Ensuring the package remains intact during transit

• Delivering the order to the customer within the estimated time frame as committed (subject to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions)

If customers require a VAT invoice, please contact us in advance to request either a paper or electronic invoice.
